Welcome to Styled Budgets! 🩷

Before you get too excited about your next budgeting purchase, here are a few things worth knowing. We’ve kept it simple because the only complicated numbers we want you dealing with are the ones in your budget.

1. GENERAL AGREEMENT

By shopping with Styled Budgets, browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms + Conditions.

In short: shop with us, play fair and provide the correct information when placing your order. Easy enough!

2. ORDERS + PAYMENT

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, we’ll get started on preparing it for you.

Please check your order carefully before completing checkout. We can fix a lot of things, but unfortunately we can’t rewind time. 😉

3. OUR PRODUCTS

We put a lot of care into creating our products and do our best to make our photos, descriptions, colours and measurements as accurate as possible.

Many of our products are handmade, so small variations can occur. That’s part of the charm and a little reminder that your order was made by an actual human, not a factory robot.

4. PROCESSING TIME

Our current processing time is 12-14 business days.

This is the time we need to prepare your order and does not include shipping time.

During launches, sales and busy periods, processing times may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we work through the orders.

5. SHIPPING + DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

You can track your parcel through Australia Post Tracking.

Shipping times are estimates and can be affected by postal delays, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

We pack it. Australia Post takes it from there. If only we could control the postie too.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shopping from overseas? We love that! 

We currently ship internationally to selected countries, including the United States, Canada, New Zealand and United Kingdom. 

Shipping availability may change from time to time, and some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to shipping, customs or other requirements.

Orders to the United States, Canada and United Kingdom are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where offered at checkout.

For destinations where DDP is not available, any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your country isn’t currently available at checkout, it simply means we’re taking a little shipping break from that destination.

7. RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges.

So please choose carefully before checking out because we know that “just one more thing” can be very tempting. 

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

8. SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help.

Once your parcel has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage may be required.

9. OUR DESIGNS

We love creating pretty things, and a lot of time goes into every Styled Budgets design.

Our designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, branding, product names and website content belong to Styled Budgets unless otherwise stated.

Please don’t copy, reproduce or use our designs or content for your own business without permission.

We love inspiration. We just ask that you leave the copy + paste button alone. 🩷

10. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products are subject to availability and may sell out, be restocked, updated or discontinued.

We can’t promise every favourite will be around forever, although we know you’d probably like us to keep the whole shop forever. 

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Businesses grow, things change and sometimes even our fine print needs a little refresh.

We may update these Terms + Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
