1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes choosing the wrong product, colour, size or simply deciding that you no longer want your order.

2. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We want your order to arrive safely and as expected.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us so we can look into it and work out the best way to help.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant

This helps us understand what happened and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Many of our products are handmade, so small differences in colour, finish or appearance may occur.

These minor variations are a normal part of handmade products and are not considered faults.

4. RETURN APPROVAL

Please contact us before sending anything back.

We’ll provide instructions if your return has been approved. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.
